Our Therapists

Jonny Cameron, LLMSW

Trauma-Responsive Therapist

I welcome the misfits, the feelers, the neurodiverse, the expansive thinkers, and the folks navigating what it means to live in a world that often misunderstands them. I show up with deep respect for lived experience and the wisdom that comes from surviving. I welcome people experiencing life transitions, caregiving overwhelm, and untangling from systems that define them with labels and diagnoses rather than potential and possibility. Healing is possible. And you deserve it.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and deeply curious. I draw from a variety of evidence-based interventions, grounded in connection and justice.

Whether you're craving more authenticity, struggling with overwhelm, or just tired of pretending you're "fine"—I’m here to walk alongside you, not ahead of you. You don’t have to do this alone.

Nic Piechotte, LMSW-C, MA

I've been told my easy-going, approachable spirit provides quick comfort for those I encounter along my path. Whether it's humans, trees, or little critters strolling the landscape, I can't seem to help but beam with love and curiosity for all of life. Trust me - this isn't because I have lived some seamless walk-in-the-park existence. In fact, it's growing through the depths of my gut-wrenching heartaches, gnawing mistakes, and bold transitions that have allowed compassion to be my guide. I am guessing you found me because you are going through a heartache or transition yourself. Well, I am glad you're here.

Emotional distress occurs when we sway from our authentic selves. To bolster your vitality, we can explore your joys, sorrows, regrets, successes, resentments, fears, and longings. Unhealed trauma and repeated avoidance also limits us from living our fullest lives. Using trauma-responsive, evidence-based strategies, I invite you to heal.

My approach is to team up with you and provide a safe, therapeutic connection, so that you can more easily tap into your inner knowing. As one who celebrates nature as an important aspect to nourishing the soul, I welcome walk and talk sessions. The gift nature provides in helping us slow down, see more clearly, and feel a sense of gratitude aids healing.
